Ingredients

1 lb fish(of your choice)
2 cups potatoes
3 cups water
2 chopped small onions or 1 medium
2 celery stalks chopped
1 tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1/3 tsp rosemary
2 cups milk(whole milk or half and half)
2 tbl butter
Directions
saute the onion and celery in 1 tbl spoon butter until soft
cube the potatoes
cut the fish into squares
add water, salt, potatoes, fish, and sauteed onion and celery into a pot (simmer until potatoes are soft)
Add milk 1 tbl butter/margarine pepper and rosemary.
