    1 cup of Farro Perlato
    3 cups of homemade chicken stock
    1 tsp of seasalt
    1 tbsp of olive/grapeseed oil blend


toast perlato in oive oil until you smell the nuttiness, add 3 cups of homemade chicken stock and salt to taste. stir, half cover and cook until liquid absorbed - about 30 minutes on Medium.
