    5 Chicken breast
    Italian season to taste
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    6 TBSP olive oil
    2 eggs
    1 cup chicken broth
    6 TBSP balsamic vinegar


makes 5 servings

heat olive oil in pan, dip chicken into egg then into flour and seasoning mixture. Drop in pan and brown on both sides.. transfer to new pan and put in oven at 350, bake 30-40 mins til internal temp is 165. While baking, add chicken broth to pan drippings, mix in balsamic vinegar and 1 TBSP wheat flour.. simmer and stir to make sauce. When chicken is done top with sauce.
