    2 pkg (3 oz each) Jello TAPIOCA cook and serve and fat free

    1 box (3 oz box) orange Jello gelatin

    3 c BOILING water

    2 cans (15 oz each) Mandarin oranges DRAINED

    1/2 of an 8 oz container Cool Whip LITE


In Large bowl pour the tapioca and orange jello and stir them together.
BOIL 3 cups water. Then pour boiling water over the pudding/gelatin mixture.
STIR WELL, scraping the bottom of the bowl till well dissolved.
Let sit for about 5 minutes then place in fridge til it starts to set. (2 hours?)

Then add DRAINED oranges and the cool whip.

Stir and refrigerate till it finishes setting. Overnight works well for that.
