    one half of a 6.5 inch whole wheat pita.
    one half cup shredded low fat or fat free shredded cheddar
    one half cup mashed pinto beans(homecooked is healthier)
    1 tbs. chopped onion
    2 tbs. chopped green pepper
    2 tbs. mashed avacado
    .25 cup chopped tomatoes
    .5 cup shredded romaine


Toast the pita bread and top with mashed pinto beans(homecooked is best), cheese, onion, green pepper, lettuce and avacado. one half of the pita bread with all toppings is one serving
