    3 TBSP Vegetable Oil
    1/2 cup flour
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Tony Chachere's to taste
    2 chicken breast halves

Directions

Coat chicken in flour/salt/pepper/mix. Heat oil in large skillet until very hot. Fry each chicken breast, about five minutes per side or until cooked through.
