Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 32 ounces
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    HEB Mootopia (Fat Free), 1 cup
    1 can cambells healthy request cream of chicken soup, 1.5 cup
    Kitchen Basics Unsalted Chicken Broth, 4 cup
    *Canola Oil, 4 tbsp
    King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour, 2cup
    lipton cream of chicken cup a soup mix, 1 serving

Directions

Place Chick in a large pot
Add just enough water to cover the chicken
Bring to a boil and simmer until done

Remove chicken from pot.. cool ( if using just breast let cool and shred)
( whole chicken)Skim the fat out if the broth and strain both to get out any bone fragments and skin
remove bone and skin from chicken
Add both cans of cream of chicken soup to broth
Place chicken back in broth
Bring to a boil

For dumplings
Mix flour baking powder and oil
Add enough milk for dough to be formed into a ball
Roll out dough and cut into strips ( the thicker the strips the more chewy the dumpling)
add dumpling to boiling chicken while stirring
cook for about 15 min after the last bit of dumplings are added
STIR OFTEN THEY WILL STICK TO THE BOTTOM
