    1.5 cups cooked penne
    1.5 cups homemade marinara sauce
    1 lb. portabella mushrooms
    1 bunch asparagus, spears only
    1 TBSP olive oil
    1/4 cup heavy cream


Toss mushrooms and asparagus with olive oil and roast until browned/crispy. Toss with cooked pasta and marinara sauce which has been heated through and mixed with the heavy cream. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
