Ingredients

    1 12.3 oz. package Mori-Nu Extra-Firm Tofu
    1 Tbsp. canola or olive oil
    1 small onion, minced
    1 C. minced carrots
    1 C. fresh snow peas cut in halves
    1 C. chopped fresh broccoli
    1 C. frozen petite peas
    3/4 C. diced water chestnuts
    2 tsp. McKay's Vegan Chicken Style Seasoning
    3 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
    7 C. cooked medium-grain brown rice
    1 Tbsp. 100% pure dark sesame oil

Directions

Cut tofu into small pieces. Heat oil in large skillet and saute with the onion until the onion is clear and the tofu is slightly browned. Add the carrots, snow peas, and broccoli and continue to saute for 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are slightly cooked. (You don't want them mushy) Add the rest of the ingredients except the sesame oil and stir well. Saute 4 to 5 minutes more. Add the sesame oil and mix well. Serve hot.

Makes 10 1/2 Cup servings.
