    Teriyaki Sauce
    Soy Sauce
    King/Jumbo Prawns
    Baby corn/Mangetout
    Red Pepper
    Bird Eye Chilli
    Rice Noodles
    Root Ginger


Makes enough for one as a main meal or two for a light snack.

Prepare all the ingredients by chopping the veg, ginger and onion.

Marinate Prawns with teriyaki and soy sauce and add chopped chilli.

Saute onion and garlic in a pan

Add Prawns without the excess sauce

Add noodles to a bowl of boiling water (5mins)

Add veg to prawns with the sauce from marinade

Drain and add noodles to the prawns and veg and mix
