    6 T of extra virgin olive oil
    3 T lime juice
    1 15 ounce can of black-eyed peas
    1 can of tuna packed water drained
    6 large radishes diced
    1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
    1/2 cup of chopped onions
    1/2 cup of black olives
    salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste


mix oil, lime juice and pepper, set aside.
combine the rest of the ingredients.
add the lime juice and extra virgin olive oil to the mixture.
This can be served after making the salad, but you can refrigerate the salad and eat up to 4 additional days
