A quick, tasty and low cal dessert for one. A quick, tasty and low cal dessert for one.
Number of Servings: 1


    2 Tbs. ww pastry flour (or a mix of pastry flour and white, pastry and garbanzo, etc.)
    1 Tbs. vanilla rice protein powder (I use Jarrow vanilla)
    1 Tbs. pumpkin puree
    1 Tbs. unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of choice)
    6-8 drops stevia (to taste)
    pure vanilla extract (@ 1 tsp)
    pumpkin pie spice (@1 tsp, to taste)


Mix dry. Add wet. Mix gently until combined, don't over stir.

Bake in toaster oven preheated to 350 for about 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out cleanly.
