2 tbsp Margarine butter blend,
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
8 oz Sour cream, fat free
1 can Yellow Sweet Corn, CannedCorn, drained
1 can yellow, canned, cream style
1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Place margarine in casserole dish and allow to melt in oven while it preheats. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake for 35-45 minutes, until pudding is set but not firm.
