Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 c onion
    1/4 c yellow bell pepper
    3 tbsp roma tomato
    1 egg
    1/3 c whole wheat flour
    1 tsp chili powder
    dash Mrs Dash Chipotle season
    ground black pepper to taste
    1 tsp fajita seasoning

Directions

mix veggies and egg together.
Add spices.
Add beans.
Fry in skillet
