    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 6 large, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped
    Oil Extra Virgin olive oil, 4 tbsp
    Shrimp, cooked, 32 oz
    Barilla Roasted Garlic Sauce, 5 serving


Heat skillet on mid/high with the EVOO, cook veggies in the skillet, stirring once or twice and cook until tender, add shrimp and sauce. Turn heat to medium and let it simmer for 10 minutes max, stirring once or twice. Make 7 servings
