    1 pkg Shirataki Tofu Noodles
    12 cups water
    3 low sodium chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 medium choppen onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 can of spinach
    4 cups cooked cubed chicken
    salt (opt)
    dash of red pepper


Put water in stock pot with raw chicken, onions, celery and garlic, boil until chicken cooked thru. Take out chicken and cube set aside.

Add all the seasonings and can of spinach and your rinsed, drained and cut Shirataki noodles. Heat thru

Makes 10 1 cup servings. (I usually eat 2 cups of this and it fills me up) A twist to the ole chicken noodle soup.

Add back in Chicken and let simmer until all flavors blend.
