    1 can of Nibblets corn
    1 can of Shoepeg corn
    1 package of fat-free cream cheese
    1 can of Ro-tel
    peppered spices (Paprika, black pepper, garlic salt, oregano, etc.)


melt cream cheese for approximately 30 seconds in the microwave. Drain Ro-tel and mix with cream cheese. Drain cans of corn and mix with cream cheese and Ro-tel. Stir thoroughly. Add spices. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Serve with Frito corn chips.
