    3 lbs ground turkey
    1 C dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    seasoning to taste


Combine ingredients and form into balls. Drop into boiling water and boil for 15 minutes. Transfer balls to skillet with olive oil and brown for 10 min. Makes approx. 44 meatballs
