Ingredients

    cut the top of green peppers and clean insides. Place on a baking pan and roast in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes

    Brown 1 lb of ground turkey with 1 cup of chopped onion and 1 tb of minced garlic

    Drain any oil.
    Add one can of diced tomatoes with chiles
    simmer
    add 1 1/4 cup of chicken broth and bring to a boil
    add 1 cup couscous
    and 1/4 cup of feta cheese
    cover and remove from heat for 5 minutes

    Remove green peppers from oven and stuff with mixture and return to oven for 15 more minutes
    Serve

Makes enough to stuff 8 bell peppers
