    For Teriyaki BBQ Sauce:
    1/2C Chicken Stock
    1/2C S/F Ketchup
    1/3C Walden Asian Dressing
    1/4C Agave
    3 Garlic Cloves
    1/2 Palm Black Pepper
    1 inch Ginger Root, peeled

    3/4lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    10oz Frozen Broccoli
    5C Oriental Stir Fry Veggies
    6oz Whole Grain Spaghetti
    4 Scallions


Place ingredients for BBQ sauce in small pot & bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes to thicken. Remove ginger root.

Boil water in large pot, add broccoli & veggies to pot, cook until tender. Remove veggies and drain well. Drop pasta into water and cook.

Slice chicken very thin. In large skillet sprayed with Pam add chicken and stir-fry to brown. Add broccoli & veggies to skillet, pour in sauce. Drain pasta and toss into the skillet & combine.
