    cottage cheese, non-fat- 1 cup
    6 egg whites
    1 cup non fat milk


combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Coat pan with non-stick spray. Cook until slightly browned on both sides. Top with your favorite fruit or sugar free syrup.
