A really different type of coleslaw! A really different type of coleslaw!
Number of Servings: 20


    1-lb bag of Dole classic Cole Slaw greens mix
    1 bunch (approx 10) green onions, chopped
    1 cup slivered almonds
    1 cup sunflower kernels
    2 packages Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
    3/4 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup vinegar (white or cider)
    1/2 cup Splenda (or sugar--calories here are calculated using Splenda)


Open Ramen noodle packages, set seasoning packets aside. Mix coleslaw greens, chopped green onions, almonds and sunflower kernels in a large bowl. Break Ramen noodles into small pieces and add to greens/seeds/nuts.

In a separate bowl, mix oil, vinegar, noodle seasoning packets, and Splenda--whisk together until well-mixed. Add to and toss with greens/nuts/seeds just prior to serving. Enjoy!
