    3 cups of ground pumpkin seeds
    6 oz of crayfish
    10 oz of buffalo meat, cubed
    3 cubes of knorr seasoning cubes
    2 tsp pepper (to taste)
    4 tbsp palm oil
    4 oz spinach
    4 oz mustard greens
    salt to taste


Cut onions into preferred size
Cook the buffalo meat on the side, season with onions, pepper and knorr seasoning. Season to taste
Heat the palm oil for 1 minute then add onions. Allow to sizzle for 2 minutes then add ground pumpkin seed. Fry the mixture for about 5 minutes ensuring the mixture doesn't get burned. Then pour in the buffalo meat mixture. Add additional water as needed. Add rest of seasoning, pepper, and crayfish. Cook for about 10 minutes. Add spinach and greens and turn heat to low. Let it simmer on low for another 5 minutes.
Serve with rice or nigerian starch.
