    Carrots, raw, 6 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Beef, tip round, 48 oz (remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 5 cup (remove)


Pressure cook meat. Use broth from cooking and add additional broth. Add potatoes and carrots, cook until soft, then add rest. Best if meat/broth is a few days old.
