    Oat Bran, 1.1/2 cup
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, packed
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tbsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Pumpkin, cooked, 1.5 cup, mashed
    Fage Greek Yogurt - 0%, 4 oz
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Egg substitute, liquid 3/4 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp


Mix all the dry ing in a bowel Combine pumpkin,yogurt,eggs, vanilla and oil seperatly Add to dry ing until moist add to a greased muffin tin Bake at 350 for 25 min until done
