    1 lb lean ground burger
    1 large onion ,chopped
    1 cup mini red,yellow,green bell peppers chopped'
    1 tb minced garlic
    2 cups instant rice
    2 cup water


Steam meat with onion ,peppers, minced garlic until done. Add rice and water, cook until all water evaporated.

8 1 cup servings . Take to lunch with 1 cup green salad.
