    For Crust:
    1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1/3 C Plain Bread Crumbs
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1/4 C Ketchup

    For Filling:
    1 1/4 C Water
    3 Tbsp Margarine
    1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
    2 C Instant Potato Flakes
    3/4 C Milk
    1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Preheat oven to 375.

Mix beef, salt, bread crumbs, mustard and ketchup in medium bowl. Place in ungreased 9 inch pie plate and press evenly on bottom and up sides. Bake 15 minutes.

Boil water, garlic salt and margarine to a rapid boil. Remove from heat and add milk. Add potato flakes and stir with fork until mixed well. Add 1/2 C cheese.

Place filling on top of partially baked beef crust and bake 10-15 minutes or until middle of beef reaches 160 degrees.

Place remaining 1/2 C cheese on top of potato filling and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Let cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.
