    2 tins kidney beans, drained
    100g breadcrumbs
    small bunch coriander, chopped
    jar salsa
    1 egg
    2 tsps hot chilli powder
    6 x burger buns


Crush drained beans with potato masher
Add chopped coriander, egg, chilli powder, 2 tbls salsa, breadcrumbs and mix
Divide into 6 burgers, grill for 5 mins per side
Serve in buns with remainder of salsa and salad leaves
