I just used what ever I had around as I was in the mood to make a healthy soup. I just used what ever I had around as I was in the mood to make a healthy soup.
Number of Servings: 8


    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz
    Scallions, raw, 3 small (3" long)
    Salsa, 1 cup (remove)
    Western Family lentils, 1 serving
    Western Family Garbanzo Beans, 2 serving
    *on the go water add 16.9 bottle, 4 serving
    *sweet potatoes, fresh, 4 oz
    western family kidney beans reduced sodium, 1 cup


Cook turkey meat.
Then add all the other ingredients
I chunk up the sweet potato and boil it out.
I cook the raw garbanzo and add them.
I rinsh the kidney beans and add.

This makes about 8-9, 1-cup servings
