    Water, tap, 2 cup
    Rice Whole Grain Brown Uncle Ben's 1/5 cup
    Bovril Chicken Bouillon Concentrate, 3 tsp
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped cxhopped
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large chopped
    Parsley, chopped 1/4 cup

Directions

place everything in a medium sauce pan, bring to a boil then simmer for around 20 mi.
