Introduction
Instead of a traditional topping, I used a lilttle Kellog's Special K low fat honey granola. Came out very well.May need less sweetener depending on how sour the apples are. Instead of a traditional topping, I used a lilttle Kellog's Special K low fat honey granola. Came out very well.

Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
Granny Smith apples (i had VERY tart ones)
Flour
Xylotol (any sweetening method you choose will work, but you'll have to measure by taste then.)
Granola (I like low fat special K)
Lemon juice
Cinnamon
Directions
I like to keep skin on apples for the nutrition.
Cut into thin slices. Toss with ingredient (minus the topping).
Throw into a baking receptacle (i used a glass pirex)
Top with Granola and cinnamon.
Cook for 20-30ish mins on 375, then check to see how they are. Maybe test one.
Depends how you like your apples, soft or crisp.
Goes well with plain Greek yogurt.
Serving size is really an estimate.
