Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tbsp dried oregano
    2 lbs ground turkey
    1 gal beef broth or stock
    1 12 oz can bud light
    14 oz thawed container Hot Green Chile (roasted, peeled)
    28 oz can diced tomatoes
    2 14.5 oz cans diced new potatoes
    15.5oz can Bush's pinto beans with bacon
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

in a large stock pot saute onions until translusent, add ground turkey and oregano until browned. ( you want the turkey to by nice size chunks so don't break it up too much) Add the beef stock and beer to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 min. taste for seasoning and enjoy!
