Ingredients

    3 lb. lean ground beef
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. rice
    spices to taste

Directions

Mix meat, eggs, spices. It is easiest to do this with your (clean) hands, rather than a spoon. Add rice and mix in. Form into balls approximately 2.5-3" in diameter and place into a baking dish. Top with ketchup or with tomato soup. Cover with foil and bake at 375 F for 1 hour.

Makes 10 meatballs.
