    4 Sole Fillets
    (Partially defrosted)
    1 Onion Sliced.
    3 Tblsp Oil (Bertolli Lite)
    1/2 Tsp Tumeric
    4 Medium Potatoes Peeled, Sliced.
    2 Tomatoes Sliced.
    1 Lemon Sliced.
    Salt & Pepper to taste.
    Minced garlic to your taste.


Layer Potaoes, Sole, Lemon, Tomaotes, & Onion in a glass baking dish.
In Separate pan, heat oil, spices & add 1/4 Cup of Water. Pour over layered casserole. Cover with Aluminum Foil and bake 45 Min. at 350 degrees.

  • This recipe is just plain wrong (and terrible). The potatoes don't cook as quick as fish in any way shape or form. It took 2 hours before the potatoes were cooked through. The lemon was overpowering. Maybe if it stated to remove the rind? I agree with prouty11. awful awful awful. - 10/30/09

  • This recipe was terrrible! The potatoes never cooked thru (sliced thin), fish was overdone, and basically bland as can be. Would not make it again! Went to bed hungry after throwing it out! - 9/30/09

  • this was amazing! i just didnt want to cook anything so this was good because you throw everything in the pan and let the oven do the work. it was really good with chili powder sprinkled on the potatoes before adding other ingredients. - 6/6/09
