    1 c. white flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 T. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. veg. oil
    1 egg


Preheat oven to 425. Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and pour into dry, mixing just til moistened. Put in a 9 in. square pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake 20 minutes. Cut into 9 squares.
