    1/2 lbs extra lean ground turkey (can use beef)
    2 Whole Wheat Tortillas/Wraps
    2 tbs fat free sour cream
    2/3 cup shredded romaine
    2/3 cup seeded chopped tomato
    4 tbs salsa
    4 tsp Mrs Dash Chipotle Seasoning


Brown burger -season with Mrs Dash after cooking.
Warm tortilla in a pan, spread with 1 tbs sour cream, chopped lettuce, tomato, burger and salsa. Roll up, cut in half and serve immediately.
