Yummy and healthy omelette! Yummy and healthy omelette!

    3 Large Egg Whites
    1/2 Avocado
    2 Large Scallions
    .30 Cup Red Pepper, chopped
    .25 Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
    1/2 Fresh Jalapeno Pepper (**optional** for a spicier omellete)
    1 Tbsp (14.79 grams) Skim Milk


This makes 1 serving:

Beat the egg whites with the a tablespoon of skim milk to get fluffy. Once beaten, pour into skillet over medium heat and cook. Add the ingredients to 1/2 of the egg and continue cooking. Flip the other half of the egg over the top to make the omelette Top with the cheese and enjoy!

**For spicier omelette, add 1/2 fresh jalapeno
