    16 oz crab meat - fresh or canned/drained.
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    2 large eggs
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 sweet red bell pepper, diced
    2 scallions, chopped
    1 celery stalk, diced
    1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
    Bread crumbs to coat


Preheat oven to 450.
Chop everything up.
Mix together first 10 ingredients.
Make 10 patties.
Coat patties in breadcrumbs.
Place patties on backing sheet or hot stone; spray top side with cooking spray.
Cook at 450 for 20 minutes.
Turn patties over; spray top side with cooking spray.
Cook at 450 for another 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cool 5-10 minutes.
Serve with spinach salad with mustard sauce.
