Ingredients

    1 apple cored and baked or boiled
    1 tsp lemon or plain gelatin
    1 weight watchers pie ala mode yogurt
    ice cubes

Directions

Add the gelatin to hot apples and make sure it dissolves
blend all ingredients to a consistancy you like adding 4 ice cubes to start then more if needed. I also add a tsp of cinnamon but I like it lots, the spices in the yogurt are good enuff for most palates. If you dont want a smoothie you can omit the ice and put blended mix in freezer for a couple of hours and it makes a nice sorbet
