    Eggplant, 3 cup (1" cubes) (remove)
    *Brocolli, Fresh Steamed, 3.0 cup (remove)
    *Zucchini - Yellow, 2 cup (remove)
    *Onion, sweet, raw - 1 medium, 1 serving (remove)
    *Cabbage - Fresh Steamed, 1 cup (remove)
    *Baby Portabella Mushrooms, Fresh, 6 oz (remove)
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, .50 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    *Leek (1 cup = 1 leek= 89g), 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 6 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
