Introduction

Easy, low calorie and great cold weather food. Easy, low calorie and great cold weather food.

Ingredients

    10 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 cans del monte Italian stewed tomotoes
    1 can del monte basil, garlic and herb diced tomotes
    8 oz can tomoto sauce
    2 cans of great northern beans
    3 cups of dried aldi fit & active wheat rotini noodles

Directions

Add chicken, beans and all tomotoe products to crockpot.
Cook on low until done (mine was approx. 9 hours because I was at work). Cook noodles according to directions on box and add to soup before serving. Garnish with mozzerella cheese or parmesean. My servings were approx 1 1/2 cups.
