Introduction

This came from my love of green enchiladas and soup. I figured there had to be a way to combine them! Make it a meal: Add one cup cooked rice (brown, maybe) or a cup or corn. Ingredients

    1/2 cup diced onions
    1 4oz can of diced green chili peppers
    1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
    1 can Cambells 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can of water
    1 10 oz can of green enchilada sauce
    one dash of worchestershire sauce (i know, weird. But it adds a neat depth of flavor)

Directions

Saute onion until opaque. Add all other ingredients. Heat through.

Serving suggestions:
Top with shredded cheese and tortilla chips. Make it a meal by adding 1 cup cooked rice or one cup corn (these items are not included in the nutritional information, though).
