    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    Leeks, 3 leek cleaned and chopped( white and Light green parts)
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    McCormick Salt Free All purpose seasoning, 3 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 3 cup
    Potato, raw, 4 medium, diced
    Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 16 oz
    Corn Starch, .25 cup


6- 2 cup servings
Chop leeks, celery and carrots and saute in butter for approx 10 min, do not burn. Stir in spices and add broth. Chop potatoes in to bite size pieces and add to broth, boil until potatoes are soft. Stir corn starch into 1/2 cup of milk, Add rest of the milk into the potatoes bring back to a boil and stir in cornstarch.
