Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    2/3 cup vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup mashed (ripe) bananas
    3 tablespoons milk
    1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

This makes 12 cupcake size.
Bake at 350 until the toothpick comes out clean

Mix flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Blend in the eggs, oil and milk Stir in the bananas and nuts.

Cover in a contianer that is not shut all the way....
