    2.5 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbl. almond extract
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2.5 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick (8 tbsp.) butter, melted


Beat sugar, egg, almond extract and milk together. Add flour and baking powder. Then add butter. Spray bundt pan with Pam or any non-stick coating. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until cake tests done with toothpick. Cool for 20 minutes, then remove from pan.
When ready to serve sprinkle confectioners' sugar (through strainer) onto cake. Can be served warm or cold.
