    150 gr. lean beef
    10 gr. parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    salt and pepper


Slice the beef thinly and lay on a layer of lettuce leaves on a plate.
Grate parmesan over the top. sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
