Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin 6 oz
    Canola Oil 1 tbsp
    Reduced fat sour cream 2 tbsp
    Corn starch 28 grams (about one spoonful)
    Mushrooms 1 cup
    Garlic 2 cloves
    Swanson 99% Fat Free Beef Broth 1 cup
    Goya green olive 2 tbsp

Directions

Pour oil in heated pan.
Add pork and brown on each side.
Add garlic, mushrooms, and olives.
Cook until pork is browned all the way.
Pour in beef broth.
Cook until pork reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
Place pork on plate.
Take cornstarch and in a small ramekin mix it with 2 tbsp (equal parts) water until turned to white milky liquid.
Add to beef broth and mushrooms in pan and stir until the liquid thickens. Let simmer for 1 minute and pour sauce over pork.
Makes 1 6 oz serving.
