    2 cups dried black beans
    2 cups dried red beans
    2 cups dried black eyed peas
    (dried beans and peas need to be soaked overnight and then boiled for 1-3 hours until reached desired softness)
    1 package McCormick's low sodium chili mix
    2 green peppers, chopped
    3 medium white onions, chopped
    2 cups cauliflower, chopped
    8-10 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 1/2 jars (15 cups) Rinaldi, no salt added tomato sauce
    1 can (1 cup) no salt added whole, peeled tomatoes
    black pepper
