    gelatin, dry, 1 packet
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tsp, dry
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 2 tsp
    Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 1/2 cup
    Cucumber, 3 cup, seeded, (peel optional), chopped
    Radish, Fresh, 1/4 cup, finely diced


add 3 tsp water to onion, set aside to rehydrate
dissolve gelation in 1 cup boiling water
blend in sour cream, vinegar, salt, and Mircle Whip
stir in cucumber, onion and radish

pour into mold (I like to use 6 small bowls)

refrigerate 2 hrs until firm
