    3 Chicken Breasts, Boneless/skinless
    3/4 cup of rice (white, long grain)
    1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fatfree)
    1/2 bag of frozen mixed veggies (I used Bird's eye baby broccoli mix)
    Paprika for seasoning
    pepper for seasoning
    Garlic salt for seasoning
    1/2 cup water


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix everything except chicken together. Pour into baking dish. Place chicken on top and sprinkle seasoning to taste. Cover with foil and bake for 45min. Enjoy!
